Refund & Withdrawal Policy

We want buying from us to feel safe and simple. Here's how refunds work.

Paid digital downloads
Our paid products are digital files you download. They're sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which processes all payments and refunds.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you buy to change your mind. You don't need to give a reason.
EU law gives this right to buyers in the EU. We offer the same 14 days to all our customers, wherever you live.
When that right ends early
With digital downloads, the 14-day right ends once you start downloading, but only if all of these happened:
- Before the download, you expressly agreed at checkout that we can give you access straight away, within the 14 days; and
- You acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download starts; and
- You received a confirmation of that agreement (for example in your receipt email).
Downloading the file is not enough on its own. Until you have given that consent at checkout, you keep the full 14 days, even if you've already downloaded the file.
How to ask for a refund or withdraw
Contact us within 14 days of your purchase, in any clear way:
- Email hello@linnetandsage.com with your order number and the email you used at checkout; or
- Use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.
You can also use the model form below, but you don't have to.
What happens next
- We pass your request to Lemon Squeezy, which issues the refund.
- Refunds go back to the payment method you used. You won't pay any fee for it.
- If you withdraw within your rights, you'll be refunded within 14 days of telling us.
- Once refunded, please delete the file and any copies.
If something isn't working
If a file won't open, is broken, or isn't what we described, email us. We'll send a working copy or fix the problem. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you. This is on top of your legal rights for faulty digital content, which always apply.
A little goodwill
Tech hiccups happen. If you have a problem we haven't covered here, just write to us. We'll be fair and kind.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. It's usually faster, and we're happy to help. This doesn't limit your legal rights.
