Thanks for being here. These terms explain how our site and products work. We've kept them short.

Who we are

Linnet & Sage is run by Produit Pionnier OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (EU).

What we offer

We make simple self-help resources for busy, overloaded days. They draw on evidence-based techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and positive psychology.

Self-help, not therapy

Please read this part.

  • Our products are education and self-help only.
  • They are not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, treatment or medical advice.
  • Using them does not create a therapist–client or any other professional relationship.
  • They are not a replacement for care from a qualified professional.
  • We can't give personal advice in messages or comments, and we don't answer crisis messages with advice.

Gentle reminder: these are tools for everyday life. If you're struggling, talking to a professional or a local helpline is a strong step, not a weak one.

Buying from us

Paid products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our "merchant of record". That means:

  • Lemon Squeezy is the seller in the sale. It runs the checkout, takes payment, handles VAT, sends your receipt and processes refunds.
  • Your purchase is also governed by Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms
  • We create the products and grant you the licence to use them (see below).
  • Refunds and your right of withdrawal are explained in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

Prices are shown at checkout, including any tax that applies.

Nothing in these terms or in Lemon Squeezy's terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.

Your licence to use our PDFs

When you download a free or paid product, you get a personal licence to use it. You may:

  • Use it for yourself.
  • Save it on your own devices.
  • Print copies for your own personal use.

You may not:

  • Share, forward or upload the file for others to download.
  • Resell, give away or sublicense it.
  • Use it to teach clients, groups or classes, or in any paid service, without our written permission.
  • Remove our name or copyright notice.

If you'd like to use our material with a team or clients, email us and we'll talk.

Our content

Our name, logo, PDFs, text, designs, videos and posts belong to Produit Pionnier OÜ or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright and other laws. Please don't copy or reuse them beyond what these terms allow.

Using our site and channels fairly

Please don't misuse our site. For example, don't try to break it, scrape it, or upload harmful code. Please be kind in comments and messages. We may remove comments that are abusive or unsafe.

Liability

We put real care into our resources. But they are general self-help tools, and results differ from person to person. We can't promise any particular outcome.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on our general content.

We do not limit or exclude liability where the law doesn't allow it. That includes harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and your legal rights as a consumer, such as your rights if a digital product is faulty or not as described.

Links to other sites

We may link to other websites, such as Lemon Squeezy. We aren't responsible for their content or how they work. Their own terms apply.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

If you are a consumer, you still keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. You can also bring a claim in the courts of that country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes don't apply to purchases you have already made.
